1.阀门的防爆设计:电磁阀门的防爆设计,是要把阀门中可能产生火花、电弧和危险温度的零部件均放入隔爆外壳内,隔爆外壳使阀门内部空间与周围的环境隔开,从而有效避免了阀门运行过程对周围爆炸性气体混合物的影响。
2.电磁阀的工作原理:电磁阀里有密闭的腔,腔中间是阀,两面是两块电磁铁,哪边的磁铁线圈通电,阀体就会被吸引到哪边,通过控制阀体的移动来实现阀内的油压控制,然后通过油的压力来推动油缸的活塞,活塞又带动活塞杆,活塞竿带动机械装置动。这样通过控制电磁铁的电流就控制了机械运动
